Instructions
- Remove leaves and stem from the cauliflower and cut it into florets.
- Using a food processor, pulse the florets until they resemble rice grains.
- In a large bowl, combine riced cauliflower, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Add the cauliflower mixture to the air fryer basket in an even layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once cooked, remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
