- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Marinate chicken strips in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken strip in the flour mixture, then dip in buttermilk again, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Notes
- For extra crunch, double-dip the chicken in the breadcrumbs.
