- 10 jalapeno peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stuff each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
- Coat the stuffed jalapenos with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place the jalapenos in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by leaving some seeds in the jalapenos.
- For a twist, add different cheeses like pepper jack or feta.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
