Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
- Shape the mixture into mini loaves, about 2 inches long.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the mini meatloaves in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Brush the tops with ketchup during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
