- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk, egg, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the parchment for each pancake.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, until the pancakes are golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove and serve with your choice of toppings.
Notes
- For thicker pancakes, add more flour.
- For thinner pancakes, add a little more buttermilk.
- Try adding blueberries or chocolate chips to the batter for variations.
