  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and finely chop them.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped mushroom stems, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the filling mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
