- 14 oz firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle cornstarch over the marinated tofu and mix gently until well coated.
- Place the tofu cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
- For added flavor, marinate the tofu for an hour or overnight.
