Ingredients

  • 14 oz firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the pressed tofu into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Sprinkle cornstarch over the marinated tofu and mix gently until well coated.
  6. Place the tofu cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
