- 1 round of brie cheese (about 8 ounces)
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 baguette, sliced for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine walnuts, honey, rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the walnut mixture over the brie.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the brie is gooey and warm.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Serve with sliced baguette.
Notes
- For a variation, add dried cranberries to the walnut mixture.
- Serve with fresh fruits for added color and flavor.
- Drizzle additional honey on top before serving for presentation.
