- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz egg noodles
Instructions
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic; sauté until soft.
- Add mushrooms and beef; cook until beef is browned.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture; stir to combine.
- Pour in beef broth; cook until thickened.
- Reduce heat; stir in sour cream.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve over egg noodles.
