Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup pickles, diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 package tater tots (32 ounces)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the pickles, salt, and pepper, then mix in the Thousand Island dressing.
  4. Spread the beef mixture in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Arrange the tater tots on top of the cheese.
