A simple and delicious casserole that combines the flavors of a Big Mac with crispy tater tots.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup pickles, diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 package tater tots (32 ounces)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the pickles, salt, and pepper, then mix in the Thousand Island dressing.
- Spread the beef mixture in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Arrange the tater tots on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- This dish can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- Feel free to customize toppings with your favorite burger ingredients.
- Serve with additional Thousand Island dressing on the side.
