Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Add vegetable oil and let it heat up.
  3. Add sliced beef and season with black pepper and paprika.
  4. Cook the beef for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  5. Add garlic, bell peppers, and onion.
  6. Stir fry for an additional 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  7. Pour soy sauce over the stir fry and mix well.
  8. Cook for another minute and remove from heat.
