Description
A quick and flavorful stir fry made on a Blackstone griddle.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thin
- 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
- Add vegetable oil and let it heat up.
- Add sliced beef and season with black pepper and paprika.
- Cook the beef for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add garlic, bell peppers, and onion.
- Stir fry for an additional 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Pour soy sauce over the stir fry and mix well.
- Cook for another minute and remove from heat.

- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
