Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Steam the chopped broccoli until tender, about 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small patties.
- Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the patties.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
