- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir well.
- Add Cajun seasoning and stir until combined.
- Mix in Parmesan cheese and cook until melted.
- Season with salt as needed.
