- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the drained chicken, mayonnaise, celery, and onion.
- Add Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Gently fold in the chopped parsley.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
