- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups alfredo sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, alfredo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked fettuccine and broccoli florets to the mixture; stir well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
- This dish can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
