A simple and quick chicken burrito recipe that you can prepare in 25 minutes.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add shredded chicken, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook until warmed through.
- Stir in rice, black beans, and salsa. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a separate pan for 1 minute on each side.
- Place a portion of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Add cheese and avocado slices on top.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly.
- Serve with sour cream on the side.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate chicken in spices before cooking.
- Substitute black beans with pinto beans if preferred.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro for a pop of color.
