  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, vegetable oil, lime juice, garlic, coriander, and cumin.
  2. Marinate chicken strips in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.

  6. In a saucepan, combine peanut butter, coconut milk, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper over low heat. Stir until smooth.
