  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown the chicken on both sides for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Place the chicken in the crockpot and add chicken broth.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix stuffing mix, diced celery, diced onion, and dried cranberries.
  5. Spread the stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken in the crockpot.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  7. Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix it with the stuffing before serving.
