A simple and flavorful chicken stuffing dish cooked in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown the chicken on both sides for 3-4 minutes.
- Place the chicken in the crockpot and add chicken broth.
- In a separate bowl, mix stuffing mix, diced celery, diced onion, and dried cranberries.
- Spread the stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix it with the stuffing before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- Substitute chicken with turkey for a different flavor.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving for color.
