Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
  4. Add cheese, spinach, tomatoes, and bacon to the egg mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
  7. Spread cream cheese on bagel halves.
  8. Top bagels with smoked salmon.
