Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, crushed pineapple, and shredded coconut.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
