Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix softened butter with garlic, parsley, chives, and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture onto parchment paper.
- Roll into a log shape and twist the ends to seal.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Slice and serve on cooked steak.
