- 1 egg, beaten

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, green onions, and beaten egg.
- Mix gently to avoid breaking up the crab meat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Form mixture into patties, about 3 inches in diameter.
- Chill patties in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry crab cakes for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
