Description
Easy cranberry brie bites are a delicious appetizer made with flaky pastry, creamy brie cheese, and sweet cranberry sauce.

- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 8 ounces of brie cheese
- 1/2 cup of cranberry sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- Fresh thyme for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
- Place a piece of brie cheese in the center of each square.
- Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce on top of the brie.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and seal them.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh thyme before serving.
