A simple and delicious cream puff cake perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil.
- Add flour and stir until the mixture forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes.
- Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool completely.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Slice the cooled puffs and fill with whipped cream.
Notes
- For a sweeter filling, add more powdered sugar.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can be topped with chocolate sauce if desired.
