Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, bell peppers, onions, and broccoli.
- Add soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, black pepper, paprika, and oregano. Mix well.
- Divide the mixture into freezer-safe bags or containers.
- Seal tightly, removing excess air.
- Label bags with date and contents.
- Freeze for up to 3 months.
- To cook, thaw overnight in the refrigerator and sauté in a pan over medium heat until chicken is cooked through.
