A simple and delicious French onion beef and rice casserole.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and cook until softened.
- In a large bowl, mix beef, rice, beef broth, and French onion soup.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Cover with cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until rice is cooked.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables.
- Use any cheese you prefer.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3 days.
