Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 can French onion soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced onions and cook until softened.
  4. In a large bowl, mix beef, rice, beef broth, and French onion soup.
  5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Cover with cheese.
