- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, French onion soup, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
