Instructions
- Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin.
- Mix eggs, milk, cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Dip each flattened slice of bread in the egg mixture.
- Roll up the bread with your desired filling inside.
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the roll ups until golden brown on all sides.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
