Ingredients

- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup corn, cooked
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- Cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
- In another bowl, combine avocado, corn, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and lime juice.
- Assemble the bowl by placing grilled shrimp on the base and topping with avocado corn salsa.
- Garnish with cilantro.
