This easy hamburger potato casserole combines ground beef, potatoes, and cheese for a simple and satisfying meal.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and cook until softened.
- In a large bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half the potatoes in a greased baking dish.
- Spread half the beef mixture over the potatoes.
- Pour half the soup mixture over the beef.
- Sprinkle with half the cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Cover and bake for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

- Use any type of cheese you like.
- For extra flavor, add garlic powder or your favorite seasonings.
