- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef.
- Pour in the tomato sauce and beef broth. Stir well.
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Add the elbow macaroni. Reduce heat and cover.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once the pasta is tender, remove from heat.
- Stir in shredded cheese until melted.
- Serve hot.
