A simple and delicious Italian-style meatloaf.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, egg, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Spread marinara sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use fresh herbs for better flavor.
- Serve with pasta or salad.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
