- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
- Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
