Easy Mexican taco lasagna is a layered dish combining taco flavors with lasagna style.

- 12 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups refried beans
- 2 cups salsa
- 3 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and add taco seasoning.
- Spread a layer of refried beans on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Add a layer of cooked noodles over the beans.
- Layer the seasoned beef, salsa, cheese, corn, and diced tomatoes.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
- Top with cheese and sour cream.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
