- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 12 mini graham cracker crusts
- Fresh fruit or chocolate for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the sugar and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- Beat in the egg until fully combined.
- Place the mini graham cracker crusts on a baking sheet.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture into each crust.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before adding toppings.
