Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and water. Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
  3. Slowly pour the sugar mixture into the egg whites while beating continuously.
  4. Add vanilla extract and beat until mixture is thick and glossy.
  5. Fold in nuts and marshmallows.
  6. Spread the mixture into a greased pan and let it set for several hours.
  7. Cut into pieces and serve.
