Ingredients

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, and water. Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
- Slowly pour the sugar mixture into the egg whites while beating continuously.
- Add vanilla extract and beat until mixture is thick and glossy.
- Fold in nuts and marshmallows.
- Spread the mixture into a greased pan and let it set for several hours.
- Cut into pieces and serve.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Use your favorite nuts for variety.
- Can be dipped in chocolate for added flavor.
