Ingredients

- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, ground flaxseed, and chocolate chips.
- In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
- Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for another 30 minutes before serving.
