- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a baking dish, combine rice, chicken broth, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken thighs on top of the rice mixture.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until chicken is golden brown.
