- 4 ears of corn, husked
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Husk the corn and remove all silk.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Brush the mixture onto the corn evenly.
- Wrap each ear of corn in aluminum foil.
- Place the wrapped corn on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Carefully unwrap and serve hot.
Notes
- You can add butter or other seasonings after baking.
- This recipe can be doubled or halved easily.
