Ingredients

  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 8 slider buns
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
  3. Add sliced steak and cook until browned.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Place the steak mixture on the bottom half of slider buns.
  7. Top with provolone cheese.
  8. Cover with the top half of the buns.
  9. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are golden.
