Quick and simple philly cheesesteak sliders perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 8 slider buns
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
- Add sliced steak and cook until browned.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the steak mixture on the bottom half of slider buns.
- Top with provolone cheese.
- Cover with the top half of the buns.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and buns are golden.
Notes
- Use sandwich rolls for a different texture.
- Add jalapeños for extra heat.
- Can substitute steak with chicken or tofu.
