Description
A creamy and spicy cheese dip made with Rotel tomatoes and cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes (10 oz)
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 can diced green chilies (4 oz)
- 1/2 lb ground beef (optional)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat (if using).
- Drain excess fat from the skillet.
- Add the Rotel tomatoes and diced green chilies to the skillet.
- Stir in the Velveeta cheese and mix well.
- Cook on low heat until the cheese melts, stirring frequently.
- Add garlic powder and onion powder, mix well.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.

- Adjust spice level by choosing mild or hot Rotel.
- Serve with fresh vegetables or chips.
