- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add shrimp, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink, about 5 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan.
- In each tortilla, layer rice, black beans, shrimp, salsa, and cheese.
- Roll the tortillas tightly to form burritos.
- Serve with extra salsa if desired.
