A simple and delicious blackberry cobbler made in a skillet.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh blackberries
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir until combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased skillet.
- Add blackberries on top of the batter.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
- Substitute blackberries with other berries if desired.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
