Description

A simple and delicious taco lasagna recipe that combines layers of tortillas, seasoned beef, and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups salsa
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and mix well.
  4. Spread a layer of salsa in a baking dish.
  5. Layer 3 tortillas over the salsa.
  6. Add half of the beef mixture, half of the black beans, and half of the cheese.
  7. Spread half of the sour cream on top.
  8. Repeat the layers, ending with salsa and cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted.
  10. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or corn.
  • Top with fresh cilantro for added flavor.
  • Can use ground turkey for a lighter option.
