A simple and delicious taco lasagna recipe that combines layers of tortillas, seasoned beef, and cheese.

- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add taco seasoning and mix well.
- Spread a layer of salsa in a baking dish.
- Layer 3 tortillas over the salsa.
- Add half of the beef mixture, half of the black beans, and half of the cheese.
- Spread half of the sour cream on top.
- Repeat the layers, ending with salsa and cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or corn.
- Top with fresh cilantro for added flavor.
- Can use ground turkey for a lighter option.
