- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 can (10 oz) tomato soup
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Chopped cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat from the beef.
- Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, tomato soup, ranch dressing mix, beef broth, and taco seasoning.
- Stir well and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot, topped with shredded cheese and cilantro.
