Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, stuffing mix, chicken broth, celery, onion, sage, salt, pepper, and egg.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
