Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add cheese, vegetables, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until set.
- Slice and serve warm.
