Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine green beans, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes.
- While vegetables roast, prepare corn in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Make mashed potatoes according to package or recipe instructions.
- Serve all dishes warm.
