Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add celery and onion, sauté until soft.
  4. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, sage, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour in vegetable broth and mix well.
  6. Add cranberries if using, and stir.
  7. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
