  • 24 ladyfinger cookies

Instructions

  1. Brew the coffee and mix in the sugar until dissolved.
  2. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, combine mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  5. Dip each ladyfinger briefly in the coffee mixture.
  6. Layer half of the dipped ladyfingers in a dish.
  7. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  8. Repeat with the remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  10. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
