This is an easy tiramisu recipe that anyone can make.

- 1 cup strong brewed coffee
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Brew the coffee and mix in the sugar until dissolved.
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, combine mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- Dip each ladyfinger briefly in the coffee mixture.
- Layer half of the dipped ladyfingers in a dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat with the remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
- Use strong coffee for better flavor.
- Chill overnight for best results.
